The Marvels had its fair share of cameos that included King Valkyrie. But her appearance could lead to a dangerous Marvel event in Thor 5.

Valkyrie's cameo in The Marvels could signal the beginning of a new storyline for the next installment in the MCU Thor saga.
Following Secret Invasion, humanity isn't happy with the Skrulls, so Valkyrie's humanitarian actions may rub the wrong people, leading to a war against New Asgard.
This would be a way to kick off an adaptation of Siege, which would be perfect for the next Thor film, as it is a darker story for Thor, whose films have been very comical in the last years, to the fans' chagrin.
