The Lord of the Rings has some of the most well-known villainous characters in all the high fantasy genre. Yet, few creations of Tolkien ever truly match the faceless horror of Sauron's Orc hordes that made up the bulk of his army. Yet, despite how prominent they are within the books and movies, there is still so much about Orcs that doesn't get nearly as much attention as it should.
