As we near the end of the year, Marvel Snap's first full year is coming to a close. Higher, Further, Faster is the penultimate season of a successful year, and its card releases are already winding down. Ms. Marvel and Annihilus have both proven to be competitively viable and dominant, shaping the meta in their respective images. Even Gladiator was a fun addition, if not risky and inconsistent. However, Martyr is the final new release of the season, and is shaping up to be one of Marvel Snap's most underwhelming releases to date.
