Batman's newest foe, Shush, has a deep personal connection to Damian Wayne, making her more of a nemesis to Robin than to Batman himself.
Shush is strongly implied to be one of Damian's former trainers from his time with the League of Assassins.
Shush's history and antagonistic relationship gives Robin the unique position to potentially gain his own archnemesis.
